Youth SAQ

$140 per month


Mondays/Wednesdays 5-6 pm 

Our Youth Speed, Agility, and Quickness course is designed to help young athletes develop fundamental athletic skills in a fun, energetic, and structured environment. Tailored specifically for athletes aged 7-11, this program focuses on enhancing coordination, balance, reaction time, and overall body control, setting a solid foundation for future sports performance. All-around athletic speed, quickness and agility.

Strength Training

$150 per month

 

Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:00-7:00 PM

Our Strength Training program is specifically designed for athletes ages 12 through high school who are serious about improving their performance through targeted, customized strength training. This program offers a tailored roadmap that guides each athlete through a structured and progressive lifting plan, ensuring they have clear goals and the tools needed to achieve them.

Team style lifting program.

Speed Training

$150 per month

 

Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:00-6:00 PM

Our Speed, Quickness, and Plyometrics training program is built for athletes ages 12 through high school who are ready to take their performance to the next level. This program is designed to give athletes the edge by enhancing their north-south speed, lateral agility, and explosive power, allowing them to outpace and outperform the competition.

With a focus on developing fast-twitch muscle fibers and improving reaction times.


Additional Classes

1 on 1 Coaching

Starts at $225

Customized 1-on-1 training with Coach Hatch. 

  • Customized to the Athlete
  • Work at our gym and at other locations as needed.
  • All Sports welcome with training program designed to fit your needs. 

Punch Passes

Start at $125

Come to any class that we have scheduled. 

  • 5 Class punch pass for $125
  • 10 Class punch pass for $200
  • 20 Class punch pass for $360

Small Group Training

$150 per session

Customized training session for your small group. 

  • 60-minute time block session scheduled
  • Bring up to 6 athletes ($21 per athlete)
  • Bring friends or teammates

Custom Built Workout Program

$60 per 6 week Plan

 

Athlete's Week Program Custom Designed to meet your  Athlete's needs.

Our Custom Training Program is designed for athletes looking to build sport-specific strength, and or speed at home or in the gym. This program provides a personalized roadmap tailored to each athlete's unique goals, ensuring they know exactly what exercises to perform to enhance their overall strength and athletic performance.
