Utah Speed and Strength is a sports performance training organization focused on enhancing athletic skills in speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and sport-specific techniques. Founded by Coach Zack Hatch, we provide structured programs designed for athletes aged 7 through college who want to improve their physical abilities and sports performance.
Coach Zack Hatch is an experienced athletic trainer and former firefighter/paramedic with over 20 years of coaching experience, particularly in youth football. He holds multiple certifications in sports performance training, including speed, agility, strength, and conditioning, and has worked with athletes at all levels. Coach Hatch is passionate about helping athletes unlock their potential in a positive and supportive environment.

The Elevate Training program is our 6-week vertical jump training course, designed to increase explosive power, stability, and reaction time. It includes weekly one-hour in-person sessions, with additional at-home exercises to maximize gains.

We occasionally offer discounts for multiple sessions, group sign-ups, or family enrollments. Check with us for current promotions or pricing options. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment plans may be available for certain programs upon request. I will also offer full or partial scholorships on a case by case basis. I would love to train everyone for free but the cost of running a buisness is extreme.
