Elevate Training is a 6-week specialized program designed to help athletes of all sports increase their vertical jump and explosive power. This training will take place on Monday Evenings at 8-9 PM located at Utah Speed and Strength in Layton, Utah.

Mondays/Wednesdays 5-6 pm
Our Youth Speed, Agility, and Quickness course is designed to help young athletes develop fundamental athletic skills in a fun, energetic, and structured environment. Tailored specifically for athletes aged 7-11, this program focuses on enhancing coordination, balance, reaction time, and overall body control, setting a solid foundation for future sports performance.
Throughout the course, athletes will engage in dynamic drills that improve speed, change-of-direction ability, and agility. We incorporate age-appropriate exercises and games that challenge them to move more efficiently while also building strength and endurance.
Under the guidance of experienced coaches, young athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, footwork, and body positioning, all while having fun and staying active. Our aim is to create a positive experience that fosters a love for training and competition, helping each athlete build confidence and prepare for the next level of their athletic journey.

Our Speed, Quickness, and Plyometrics training program is built for athletes ages 12 through high school who are ready to take their performance to the next level. This program is designed to give athletes the edge by enhancing their north-south speed, lateral agility, and explosive power, allowing them to outpace and outperform the competition.
With a focus on developing fast-twitch muscle fibers and improving reaction time, athletes will engage in specialized drills to increase their acceleration, deceleration, and change-of-direction speed. Plyometric exercises are incorporated to build explosive strength, vertical jump ability, and overall power, essential for sports that demand quick bursts of speed and dynamic movement.
